Package hasn't arrived to USA Starts with EA and ends with CN. My main worry is last info on tracking after the usual says sent to export / customs which is Normal but same day on Jan 13 2017 said returned from export / security. I've never seen that. The tracking still says on route In yellow. Just wondering if sent back from export customs for some reasons. As I've never seen that on any of my orders. Tracking is EA253987802CN. Thanks for the help.

Don't worry about this. It already left China on the day. It will arrive the states in this week or the next week.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
