Hi there I ordered a package from Paint with Diamonds back in MARCH 2020, the last update I got was May 14 that it was still in shanghai, according to “shop” app. It has been almost 2 months since update, and almost 5 months total from when I purchased (when their website said allow 15-30 days!!!) and I’m really starting to worry!

Hi Nicole,

It was delivered by airline on May 14 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in this month, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
