I ordered something from Singapore on April 19th and the tracking information says origin post is preparing shipment. It has said this since April 29th and I still haven't received my package. Why isn't there any updates and what happened to my package?

If it couldn't be delivered in two months, you need to contact the seller to get refund as soon as possible.
