I have a package that I have been waiting to receive since Feb. The tracking number is EA440053342CN. I have been tracking it from the start with very few updates. I've tried other sites but the same result. Last update was 30 days ago! I tracked on 17 track and it stated that it was considered "EXPIRED"?

Hi mbee,

It was delivered to air transport on April 22 and is in transit to the US now. There will be further update when it arrives in the US. It usually takes 30-60 days to have update after it was delivered to air transport. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
