Hi

Wondering if you can help me I’ve ordered something from amazon. The seller has no provided the tracking details but says they have attempted to ship It from you but it now days late but I still don’t know when it will arrive. How do I get the tracking number if there Not providing it .

You need to contact the seller to ask for the tracking number.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
