For some reason I've lost my tracking number I would appreciate it if you could send it via email back to me so that I can continue to track my package 50 Shades of orchids plants

Hi Sean,

Sorry, we couldn't check this for you as we don't know the sender's and receipient's information.

You'd better try to contact the sender or call China Post service line which is +86 10 11185 if you are not in China. Remember press 8 for English service. Before the call, you should know the sender's information including the name, address, phone number and also those for the receiver. They may ask you these to help you check.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
