Tracking 2 parcels

Hi,

I have to par else rhat say they are at the Shanghai sorting center since march 29th and I have no further tracking info as to their final destination to haiti. The tracking numbers are; UJ983200885CN and UJ984947688CN. Please help

Hi Telisma Riguel,

According to the latest tracking information, they couldn't pass the customs check and were returned back to Shanghai where the seller is located. You couldn't receive them. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

I don't know what to do.

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?
