I have been trying to track a package LS890554815CN but every time i try it says either server is not working , or even though the company says it has shipped out, i get the message that they are preparing to ship, has my package been shipped out or not?

I left China from Guangzhou City on 19 May 2016 00:33 and on the way to Kennedy Airport.

It shows it hasn't arrive in USA now. Please wait.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
