I ordered something from china and my parcel (e packet) has now been stuck at a processing facility in shenzhen for 9 days. Is this a normal amount of time? Could somebody please help me with information. Thank you very much.

If it has been sent, the address couldn't be changed. You need to wait for its arrival in the desination country and contact the carrier in your country to change the address.

There is the situation that China Post doesn't update information after the the last status you see. There will be further update when it arrives in the US. It usually takes 15-30 days to have further update.
