According to the information from China Post, my parcel was delivered in Austria and the Austrian Post cannot find a parcel with your consignment number.
Do you have a new consignment number for me (when the parcel arrives in Austria, you get a new consignment number, don't you?).
Can you please also send me the proof of signature of the person who received the parcel?
And to which address was the parcel delivered?
