I am contacting you because I am still waiting my order. I bought during August, and it's still in China. I would like to know if it's possible to send it please? I have only one week now, because the order will be completed...
I contacted french transportation company and they don’t have any information about that

Hi User,

It's delayed in China. As it has been stuck for a long time, I suggest you open a dispute to get refund in time if you couldn't get it before the order is completed.
