It has left China on Nov. 25 and still on the way to UK now. It usually takes at least a month to reach you. You'd better open a dispute if you couldn't get it in time.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
