my parcel has been in UK since 16 oct 2021, the last 5 entrys made are all the same time 18.11,and same in transit.
i was given 10 to 15 days delivery when i purchased this item, yet it has been in UK for that amount of time ? so where is the item ?AQ470010969CN

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
