Good morning, I would like to know what is happening with this order, because it was supposed to be delivered in Angola, but it was delivered in France. I'm trying to talk to the merchant, but to no avail.

Hi Marco de Figueiredo,

You need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
