What's the courier for this tracking number?

I couldn't find any tracking result for it in all tracking systems.

Shipping and Tracking info i received says China Post.

PBAA039949269 doesn't a tracking number belongs to China Post. I think it's an order number. You'd better contact the sender to ask the right one in order to be tracked.

I have some packages that came very fast to Canada, with a tracking number starting by LM and ending by CN (1-2 weeks), while other starting with LL took much longer (4-6 weeks, or still not delivered).
I found that ePacket tracking number is a 13-digit tracking code starting with letter "LQ/LK/LM/LN/LX/LS/AG/LW" and ending with "CN". LW and LT is the destination for United State, LX is the destination for the United Kingdom, LM is the destination for Canada. However LF and LH number still belong to China Post Register Airmail.

But what about the LL tracking numbers?

My parcel has been in the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station for ages and I’m starting to get worried in case it’s a scam and I won’t receive my parcel. They told us delivery would take 2 weeks and it’s almost coming up 2 weeks now.
