Why has my package be stuck in
Urumqi City, has been handed over to the airline transport since 2020-08-02 18:10 and not made it's way into Almaty, Kazakhstan for it's final destination?

Hi TJ Krantz,

It was delivered by airline on August 2 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Kazakhstan after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
