My package is in customs since Dec 28. Does it take that long to clear the customs? The package was sent via priority mail on Dec 18 from USA to address in Beijing China.

Hi Malick,

In normal, it should be released by the customs in a week if there is no problem for it. This package may need the receiver to declare and the receiver should have got the notice from the customs.

Tracking # CH120068340US. I have not received any notice from customs. The package has been with customs since Dec 28.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
