From the tracking system i see that the package from my mother is stuck in Shanghai (tracking number CH099620271US, addressed to Molly Simpson/Kent Van Steenbergh). I have tried calling the Hutai Lu Service outlet at 021-649-194-768 but no one has ever answered the phone.
Can you help me find my package?
