Tracking #: AQ831309261CN. Is there any way I can contact the location of where my parcel is?? It has been in transit for 61 days and stuck in one location for over a month. The seller asked me to be patient. How do we solve this issue seeing that the parcel was with chinapost last? Is it lost?? Please give me the phone # of where my parcel is located so I can solve this issue myself.

China Post shows that the package was delivered on August 28th, 2021 but I never received the Package, and I need every bit of information that you have on the delivery

My order was placed 4/19 for two chicken coops with 55ft run and automatic doors. I have yet to get an update after several messages sent inquiring. The last I see is it has been in Dongguan City since 4/27/2023. We are now in Mid May with no updates. Please help

It arrived in Los Angeles on March 24 and is still stuck there. If you couldn't receive it in two months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
