Tracking #: AQ831309261CN. How do I contact where my parcels are located to see why it hasn't moved?? Once China Post has enter U.S., who delivers my packages??

Hi MarcieM,

USPS is in charge of delivering the package to you when it arrives in the US. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
