Sorry, we don't know the delivery phone number. According to the tracking information, AQ471056817CN was delivered on November 15. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
