i bought item from ebay last month (4th january) but tracker still not updated at all since one month, could please tell me what happens? thank you

It's sent by YanWen Express by the seller. It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Base on the tracker AS838529183CN I have contact the local US post office and says that this tracking number do not apper in the system, That they need the tracking number that it's modify after arriving to USA, please send me the verification that the package has been received that includes the tracker of USPS.

On the tracking web there no tracking number at United States (as it say no corresponding Track). It says that in USA the company is USPS.
