Tracker says package is delivered

I have a package that is delivered by China Post, with the tracking number as follows:

Tracker no: AG812020741CN
It says my package has been delivered on 28 July at the address 310254 Kim Keat Ave. However, I did not receive any package. May I know where it has went? Who was the main person who delivered it?

The package in the tracker is showing delivered, but the delivery point on the map is south of my residence by a few miles. The tracker does not provide a shipper so I have no one locally that I can contact to review the delivery. The shipping address on the order is correct for my residence. Why doesn't the tracker show the deliver to address? Please review this shipment and provide feedback on what went wrong.

Base on the tracker AS838529183CN I have contact the local US post office and says that this tracking number do not apper in the system, That they need the tracking number that it's modify after arriving to USA, please send me the verification that the package has been received that includes the tracker of USPS.

On the tracking web there no tracking number at United States (as it say no corresponding Track). It says that in USA the company is USPS.
