Sorry oob, we could only help you check where it is now and couldn't help you deal with it. It's in Shenzhen processing center since Feb. 16. You'd better contact the seller and let him know this. He should contact China Post in China to get it.

My tracking number is LV427127522CN . I have ordered manu packages from the webside, but third time something is wrong. Got a message about Guangzhou Processing Center being blocked, and no news after that. Wouldn’t it track onward anymore? Is it sent from China , and will it ne tracked properly?
