Could you please help me know the status of a shipment that I made from Xiamen to Chile last year and it never arrived to destination. The ID Tack is CP328934709CN and this is the last status that appears in the Tracking

If you are in Chile now, it's hard for you to claim your parcel. You need to go to the post office you sent the parcel in Xiamen to claim.
