The seller uses ShanDianHou Express to ship it. You can require the seller to provide you with the shipping proof to see it the address is 138 Cliff St., Pulaski, VA 24301.

I mailed a package to my friend in Hangzhou. And whenever I check the tracking for the package, it says "held in customs" in Hangzhou. I told my friend this. Now I would like to know what should we do now? My friend called China Post and I think they told her that she needed to call Hangzhou Customs office, but I can't locate the phone number for the Hangzhou Customs. Do you know the phone number to Hangzhou Customs? And is this what she needs to do? If not, what does she need to do? Thanks!
