My tracking number is AT049345625CN and when I check this online it shows it’s been delivered to Calgary AB, but not on the address yet???
Who does the handling for china post in Canada????

Did you receive the parcel. I am expecting a parcel from China and the line by line status of my parcel up to arriving in YTO (generic name for airports in Toronto area).

Tracking says delivered but we have not received the parcels numbered AT277658845CN. We ordered these garden planters over 2 months ago. Please update where to go to pick up and delivery used so we can track please. Next a refund will be requested.

It was delivered to Alberta Chestermere T1X 2S5 on Feb. 29. If you don't get it, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Status show its being delivered but I have not received it.
Status got updated 27th oct morning that deliver happened 27th 18:34 which I did not understand which time zone it is and then the seller is saying not here issue if you not get it get a certificate that it not delivered ..where can I even contact china post in Calgary let alone how to get a certificate ? How do we even know were it went ? Whoo can help ?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
