It's sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Since 11 of September, it's stuck in the same status because it couldn't be tracked after it left China. This kind of package is easy to be lost and usually takes two months to arrive. Now, it has been over two months that you still haven't received it. I guess it may be lost on the way. You'd better contact the sender to let him know. If you buy something from a seller in China, better ask your money back.
