Are you the sender or the recipient? If you are the recipient in China, better contact China Post service number 11185 to ask them deliver soon.

I am the sender, this is international parcel to China, I have called 11185, the number is only for local mail enquire , I was told to call 11183 for international parcel,( it should be +86 local code then 11183) not only 11183 if calling from overseas. Also they only speak chinse. But it was no one answering what so ever. Thanks for this help (no results anyway ) .
