Hello sir, I placed purchase order on last 12/06/2024 but now my parcel tracking status is showing delivered but I have not received any parcel yet. And no courier call from logistics either. And I checked with Saudi post box they say they didn't receive any kind of parcel here. Please help me

I checked the tracking on China Post then status Shaw the package was already delivered, but I haven't received it. I wanted to check if the package was really sent, or of it got the wrong details (ie, name and address). Are you able to confirm please?
