Do you provide the detailed and right address of the recipient on the parcel? It seems it's stuck in Beijing Exchange Bureau since May 1 due to the address problem.

Could contact the seller to contact China Post to get it?

Your item, posted on 27/04/17 with reference RU748586031GB has arrived in BEIJING CHINA and is being processed for delivery.
And this is what i get from the people i am sending it back too
yes have already called them, they said the parcel is still on the way.
How long does it take to get through its stuck and i am sick of it, plus when it gets to the people i bought it off i should get my money back, this is just not on at all, i will never ever buy anything from this country again. Look into this matter and pull youre finger out, China Post have had this since the 1st of May 2017

i have put the right address on the parcel and the company have been in touch and China Post have said its on its way,RU748586031GB
I need more information because this has gone on long enough now , the recipient said it was on its way to them, how long does it take ?

I dont seem to be getting anywhere with this RU748586031GB parcel , i have contacted the people and they have contacted China post, and China post say that its on its way, How long does it take for a parcel to be delivered ? the recipient has got the parcel number, or could it be that the parcel has been lost ? I would like you too look into this matter at the utmost , has i feel that China post have had this parcel too long, or has the parcel been delivered and not signed for, i was warned all about this and sending parcels back too China.

It has been stuck in Foshan since March 17. You need to let the recipient call China Post service number 11183 to reflect the problem and check it for you.
