My friend send the parcel (Ashes) from Hong Kong to North York Ontario since 2020-10-19. It's already 5 months, the parcel is not showing any update. I wonder how can I track the parcel? I Please advise. Your help in this matter is appreciated.

Hi Jessica Cheung,

CP953609950 seems to be a wrong tracking number. I couldn't find any tracking information for it. You'd better contact your friend to confirm.
