Tracking result shows it left Romania on Jan. 4 and still in transit to China now. How long does Romania Post promise you for this package to arrive China? I'm not sure which kind of service do you use to send it. If it's by ship, it will take a long time.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
