I contacted the seller and he said that there is a problem with coronavirus as the post office told him. Please, I'd like to know if parcels are really stuck in China and have not shipped yet. Please tell me where is my packet. Which is the location of this tracking number? Is there any more information about the shipping status of my packet?

Hi, I had ordered something from an individual seller, I paid via PayPal on 25 January 2020. On 9 February 2020 I was given the tracking number LL996490413CN and the shipper's name CN_EMS. The seller sent also tracking information at my PayPal account. However, I cannot track my package, yet! Whenever, I have entered it, I always see the message "No shipping records". Please could you help me with my package? When am I going to have shipping information? When is it going to arrive to its destination, Greece?
