Good day,
I have been waiting for my order for the past two months, on the track it has arrived in South Africa but I haven't received any form of communication from the logistic company. Please assist ASAP?

Sorry, we couldn't deal with the package. We are only a tracking platform. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller push the package for you.

Hi I ordered a model car on March 28, 2023 and the tracking showed it arrived in destination country (USA) on April 10, 2023. It has since shown being "In Transit" for the past 2 and half months.
