Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The Local post office (The only one in a town of 1200 people) said they never got the package. The USPS website shows the tracking number was issued, but they never received it. Who transported the package? A 3rd party? WHO?
