Toy Gun/ Replica Gun Exporting Shipping

Hi,
I am having trouble shipping a toy gun/ replica gun that works similar to airsoft guns/ BB guns/ Air guns. Product comes with lithium ion battery as well. Shipping from Shantou/ Shenzhen to Australia and also USA.
1. Are there any customs/ shipping information that I should know about?
2. What safety certifications/ documents do I need to ship these items? (MSDS? UN38.3 certification? etc).
3. Will customs be an issue for replica/ toy guns?

Product comes with lithium ion battery couldn't be shipped by air. You's better not ship directly throug China Post. Find an express agency like 4PX express to ship it for you.
