To check why my parcel has got to Shanghi office but has not been delivered.

Is there a way I can find out why the parcel I have sent is still at the exchange office in Shanghi please? I sent two parcels to my daughter in Shanghi and she received one on the 5th July but this one has not been sent onto her for some reason.I have checked chinapost and it says it is imported/sealed(domestic transfer on 4th July but nothing after that.

It's stuck at Shanghai processing center since July 4. You'd better let your daughter contact China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.
