your web site says my parcel has been delivered but I have not received it. Royal mail have no recognition of the number. how can I find out where my parcel has been delivered to. thanks.

Hi leo,

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
