Hi, so I've been tracking my package for which I paid priority shipping so it arrives in max 15 days. About 10 days in, it hadn't even gotten out of the country and began showing a suspected return alert. I asked the store about it, and they said it should be changing ports.
Now it's been 39 days on the road and the tracking hasn't moved since the 4th. The store said it was waiting for a plane to take it but how long does it take for a plane to take 2 tiny packages that were supposed to take 15 days to deliver?

Hi, I have paid the tax but why my delivery status is still not updated? May I know how long does it take to deliver the parcel after the tax has paid?

No package but paid for DHL 3-5 day delivery. Why was I charged for Express delivery if package wasnt going to be delivered in that time frame? LS999778654CN is the tracking number if you could track it for me? Do I get a refund for DHL shipping if not delivered within 5 days?
