Please find below my first 1uestion and your answer.
The parcel has never been delivered in my mailbox. I received a call about a month ago from a delivery guy, to open my door but I wasn't at home. I asked him to leave the parcel at my neighbour s shop, right in the same building, but he refused and said the parcel will be delivered later. I never had any news song the , and certainly nothing has been delivered in my mailbox. What shall we do?

LY491241367CN It’s been 60 days now with absolutely no updates since the beginning of October I have 5 things that are all late the same time with no updates, I really would be very great full for some guidance I’m finding out what to do next on finding any information, i don’t know where else to find help

It should be delayed due to some reason. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives recently, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update.
