I have volumetric weight 25kg in Shenzhen, I want to ship by your company. Will you pick up from the factory or need to forward to you? What is the total price of 25kg? I confused how to calculate as your formula.

You'd better contact China Post service number 11185 to ask if they could pick it up for you. The price is different to different countries.
