The tracking says parcel delivered but i didnt receive anything.

I would really like to know where it has been delivered, given that for the time of the tracking, around 11:30, it was 17:30 local time, and I was at home and nobody delivered anything to me.
Please let me know something about my package thanks.

Hi Gianluca Benedetti,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
