The tracking information of my package seems to be bugged

my tracking number is EV940400607CN, after status "Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit", every status starts to have a duplicate, and also, the status does not show which city is the package in after it left Zhengzhou, is this even normal?

You should have got it. It was delivered in Hong Kong on Nov. 6.
