How can I know the courier service been used when my parcel arrived the destination? In my case the destination is Malaysia. I checked the parcel had arrived Malaysia and I want to self collect at the courier center.

China Post doesn't provide more tracking information for it because it's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the sender to give you a solution.
