Dear,
My shipment is detained at customs.
It is a letter containing 5 broken carbide drill bits, which we advertise to our supplier.
We return them to make an analysis.
Why was the shipment detained? Why aren't we informed about it?
What do we have to do to get the shipment?

Hi goga,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
