The SECOND time that a LZ... tracked parcel disappeared, always in Germany

Over the last few months I placed two independent orders with tracking numbers
LZ372854364CN and LZ269432831CN. (simple leather watch bands, different sellers).
Both were marked 'delivered' in various tracking systems I used, but none ever arrived!
It is interesting to note that the delivery marking occured within hours after 'clearing customs'. At times in the wee hours of day when no mail man will deliver parcels.
It is very difficult to get refunds in such cases, as the shipper is basically lying about the shipment's true status.
What is 'tracking' good for if the delivery information is faked by the shipper??
So far this is ONLY happening to my shipments with 'LZ' tracking numbers, all other shipments can be tracked and received properly.
Where are my purchased articles now, months after being 'delivered'??

I have received HUNDREDS of China shipments in the last 5 years, less than 1% were delayed or lost. But two CONSECUTIVE shipments from different sellers within weeks disappearing if sent via "LZ" are a clear sign of a systemic error or betrayal.
As a customer of Asian products I have little to no influence on the carriers selected by the seller. If I could I would avoid this LZ.. carrier like the plague. It is a hassle to get my money back in such cases; taking MONTHS and a lot of good will by the arbitration process,
Furthermore the rules in Germany imply that a search for lost shipments must be initiated by the SELLER, not by me as the BUYER. Now try to convince a Chinese seller to search for a lost parcel if his own tracking tool show him 'delivered'!
I consider this entire LZ tracking setup as purposely deceiving and fraudulent; a Chinese invention to mess with foreign customers, for extra profit. One more reason to stop ordering from China.

They may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
