Hi Karin Kuuskmae,

It has been delivered two times on July 10 an July 19 seperately but failed. As it has been over two weeks, not sure if it's on the back way now. You'd better contact China Post as soon as possible to ask where it is now:

Call 11183 then 8 for English service.
