I'm afraid battery is listed in China Post forbbiden items list. You couldn't mail it directly through China Post.

I suggest you to find some reliable international express agencies to help you mail them. They have ways to deliver batteries.

I used 4px service before. They help me to send my bracelets orders on AliExpress. The process is I deliver my packages everyday or every two or three days to them through China domestic express because I'm in Xi'an and they are in Shenzhen. The price is very cheap about 8RMB for each package that doesn't exceed 2kg in weight. After they get it, they will deliver them for me to other countries. They know the address and name for each package as they give me a platform to fill the information for them. They give me 5% discount for the China Post international air parcels. I cooperate well with them. I think there are many companies like them.

I know AliExpress offers pick up service. You can also use their one. But if you are not in one of the cities in China, they couldn't pick it for you:
Shenzhen, Guangzhu, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Yiwu, Jinhua, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Beijing, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Qingdao, Wenzhou

However, you could deliver your packages to one of their storehouses and they will help you to send. You could get the service selection after you login your AliExpress seller account. You can contact Aliexpress about this.
