The parcel is back to the sorting center

Hello
I odered a small Android tv box from banggood 2 weeks ago and up until now the parcel is still in China for 14 days. It went back to the Hangzhou sorting center where is was previously, what does that mean? It means that the parcel is being returned to the seller? Please help
